You will receive a call back to confirm the appointment. For the visit cost, please call the clinic for a firm quote. We believe in no surprise bill. The services and procedures are listed. Package pricing includes promotional discounts for new patients.
A $150 scheduling fee will be due at the confirmation, which will be applied to the visit. The credit card will be kept on file.
To cancel, please call (406) 272-2376. Our scheduling platform does not allow patients to cancel online – we apologize for this inconvenience. A cancellation fee of $75 applies for a cancellation < 24 hours. If the appointment is canceled after 24 hours, the payment can be applied to a rescheduled service. If a patient no-show twice, no future appointment will be made.
We accept cash and checks. For credit cards, there is a 3% convenience fee that will be applied to the total charge.
